OneShot provides a video screening platform used by companies ("Recruiters") to evaluate job applicants. We process your data on behalf of the company to which you are applying.

• Data Controller: The recruiting company using the OneShot platform.
• Data Processor: OneShot Labs, Inc., acting on behalf of that company.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Your name (if provided)
• Video and audio submissions
• Automated transcripts
• AI-generated scoring or analysis
• Metadata (e.g., browser info, IP address, timestamps)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Deliver your video to the hiring company
• Transcribe and analyze your submission
• Generate screening reports for recruiters
• Improve platform performance and reliability

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Your submission may be analyzed using automated tools, including AI-based scoring. Hiring decisions are made by humans. You may request a manual review under GDPR Article 22.

5. International Data Transfers

We may use services located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Services may include Supabase, Vercel, and OpenAI APIs.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the job process. Submissions may be deleted automatically within 60 days, or earlier upon request.

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

• Request deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in portable form
